Sources. Headlines are drawn from major market wires and publishers (SEC, Fed, exchanges, financial press, crypto desks and more). Outbound links carry rel=nofollow; once you click through, you're on their site under their rules.

Tone. Cheeky, not careless. ZeroHedge-lite: punchy ALL-CAPS leads, wry asides, never inaccurate, no doom-bait. The headline is ours; the facts stay with the source.

Who builds it. NK2, an independent studio. No VC press desk, no paywalled "pro" tier for the front page.
